For the first time the JEAN ROYÈRE ESTATE, the righteous owner of the intellectual property rights of Jean ROYÈRE, has entrusted another to carry on and continue the work of the legendary décorateur-ensemblier. JEAN ROYÈRE SAS is the exclusive entity authorized by JEAN ROYÈRE ESTATE to develop, manufacture and market the creations of Jean ROYÈRE. This collaboration is carried out in close connection with the Estate, represented by Vladimir MARKOVIC, who is also the CEO of JEAN ROYÈRE SAS.

Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution or sale of Jean ROYÈRE’s designs, works inspired by Jean ROYÈRE’s designs, or any confusingly similar designs are expressly prohibited and may result in legal action, including potential seizure and destruction of infringing items.

JEAN ROYÈRE SAS retains sole and exclusive ownership of this website and all contents and materials made available on this website (including, without limitation, text, publications, graphics, artworks, photos, images, product information, audiovisual material, layout and user interface designs, software applications, databases, directories and listings (collectively, “Site Content”)). You may not copy, reproduce, download, modify, translate or otherwise create derivative works from, republish or redistribute any portion of this website or any Site Content, for any purpose or in any medium.

JEAN ROYÈRE^®, POLAR BEAR^®, OURS POLAIRE^®, and ROYÈRE^™, are trademarks of Jean ROYÈRE SAS and any unauthorized use of these trademarks (including trade dress) may result in monetary damages and other civil and criminal penalties including without limitation, for trademark infringement.

All the elements of the website and commercial documents, including but not limited to text, logos, brands, texts, photographs, images, published by JEAN ROYÈRE SAS constitute works protected by intellectual property rights.
